MEET THE DOCTORS

Dr. Dauphinais is devoted to improving lives through chiropractic care, emphasizing the vital role spinal health plays in overall wellness. She grew up in Rhode Island and earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island.
She then graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina, where she took on leadership roles within chiropractic organizations. Her passion for pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care stems from her training in gentle pediatric adjusting and a deep desire to help children achieve their full potential through proper spinal alignment. Dr. Dauphinais’s love for upper cervical care comes from the understanding that every spine is unique and deserves an individualized approach.
Following graduation, she worked for three years in New Hampshire. This experience, combined with her strong ties to Rhode Island, inspired her and her husband to return home and open their own chiropractic practice.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Dauphinais serves on the Blair Society social media committee, creating videos to spread awareness about Blair upper cervical care.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys horseback riding, skiing, beach trips, gardening, and spending quality time with her family and pets.

Dr. Pratt believes in a holistic approach to health that goes beyond simply being free of illness. He emphasizes that a well-functioning body supports better performance in sports, work, and school, while also building resilience against life’s challenges. Central to his practice is the importance of clear communication between the brain and body, which is vital for optimal health. Dr. Pratt strives to help individuals unlock their body’s full potential, fostering long-term vitality and strength.
After graduating, Dr. Pratt worked in New Hampshire alongside his wife for three years. During this time, they gained valuable experience before deciding to return to Rhode Island and open a practice together. This move marked a key step in their professional journey, allowing them to bring holistic healthcare to their local community.
Dr. Pratt’s interest in Blair Upper Cervical care stems from his engineer-minded approach and appreciation for how the technique respects each patient’s unique anatomy. For him, adopting this precise method was a natural choice.
Outside of work, Dr. Pratt enjoys golf, hockey, hiking, skiing, and fishing. He values relaxing beach trips and cherishes quality time with his family and their dog, Rhody.

Alex recently graduated with her degree in medical administration, and she is so excited to be starting this new chapter in healthcare. She loves being part of the team at Rising Tide Chiropractic and getting to help people feel better and see real results. She really enjoys connecting with our patients and helping things run smoothly so their visits feel easy and stress-free. When she is not at the office, you can usually find her baking something sweet, getting crafty, or spending quality time with her family.
